TFT's Bosom Buddies series kicks off TFT 2026 with Kyria Sabin and Jacqueline Ethier!
Fletcher Towelwork is a technique developed by Pilates master-teacher Ron Fletcher over the span of forty years. It was initially designed to stabilize, balance and strengthen the shoulder girdle. The Pink Towelwork Program offers a gentle, low-intensity movement approach for women recovering from chest wall surgeries, breast cancer treatments, or elective surgery. Using the Fletcher Towel, the program focuses on breath, posture, shoulder mobility, thoracic movement, and scapular strength and stability, helping participants restore functional movement and reconnect with their bodies.
This TFT Bosom Buddies class is suitable for all levels—join us to explore the Fletcher Towelwork in your own body, and to consider its application for clients who’ve been impacted by breast cancer.
While the Fletcher braided towel is the optimal tool for Fletcher Towelwork, feel free to use a bath towel from your linen closet when you join us from home.

Can’t make it September 12th? All registrants will have access to the recording for 30 days after the live class!

She had the privilege of studying with first-generation Pilates teacher Ron Fletcher for nearly a decade. This mentorship profoundly shaped her teaching philosophy and practice. In recognition of her deep understanding and embodiment of Fletcher Pilates, Ron entrusted her with the distinction of disseminator of his work.
Her approach emphasizes the somatic experience, is guided by curiosity, and is informed by current research in movement science and health. At the heart of her work is a belief in the transformative power of movement education—to cultivate greater awareness, resilience, longevity and connection within the body.
